The Digital Poetry Project was both time consuming and meticulous. The idea was to first choose a poem and then interpret it using imagery so people would be able to understand in a particular sense what was being said. The catch was it would have to steer away from abstract thought and convey straight-forward literal translations of the words in the poem so it could be intelligible to the meanest capacity. In order to achieve this, we employed stock footage, stop animation, pictures, etc. All of this was done on Adobe Premiere Pro. Another component of the project was that the poem be recorded and overlaid upon the footage, creating a lucid narrative. Additional music could be added along with the narrative after the fact. This part of the project was done with the program Audacity. Below is the result of our struggle:
